Rick Kramer, AIA, LEED AP—Company President / Program Manager Rick has extensive experience in all phases of facility management, design and construction. Rick served as a Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer, managed Stanford University’s Housing Capital Improvement Program and managed construction for a general contractor before starting his first construction management business. Over his 30 year career Rick has managed construction programs totaling approximately $1 billion dollars, the past 16 years of which he has focused on K-12 construction programs. Rick possesses two degrees in Architecture and an MS in Construction Engineering from Stanford University and is a California licensed architect.
Patrick Maravelias—Vice President / Program Manager Pat has 30 years experience in real estate management and construction contracting. He is an accomplished construction professional and holds numerous construction contracting licenses. Prior to joining KPDC, Pat founded and managed a large construction services corporation employing over 200 personnel. He possesses a superior skill set of construction contracting knowledge, leadership, personnel management and relationship building.
Orlando Delgadillo,—Program Manager Orlando began his 34 year construction career as a journeyman carpenter and worked his way up through the ranks to become an accomplished estimator and construction manager. Since joining KPDC, Orlando has managed approximately $50 million in K-12 construction projects. Orlando previously managed numerous projects for large general contractors as well as his own construction business.
Roy Atkins, LEED AP—Construction Manager Roy possesses 30 years of construction experience, and has managed countless educational, commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout his career. Beginning in 1986 as a journeyman carpenter, Roy educated and trained himself to become a highly skilled construction manager. For the past fifteen years, Roy focused his career on managing K-12 projects, totaling over $100 million in construction. Roy possesses a degree in Construction Technology, and is also an experienced manager of historic and green building projects.
Ken Judd—Construction Manager Ken is a 32 year veteran of the construction industry having served in management roles on dozens of educational, commercial and industrial projects up to $25 million in value. Ken is an accomplished project manager, construction manager, estimator, inspector and construction superintendent.
